Wood Village Stow-A-Way Cancellation/Refund Policy

At Wood Village, customer satisfaction is important to us. Should you be unsatisfied with the storage unit or parking spot you rent, you have 3 days from the date you sign our initial rental agreement to cancel and receive a full refund. If you would like to upgrade to a larger unit or spot, we will be happy to apply your rental balance towards the rent for a new unit/spot.
Our tenants rent storage unit(s)/space(s) on a monthly basis. The rental period begins on the day the lease is signed and continues on the first of each month.  All rent is due on the first of each month.
After the first seven days of rental, we require a 30-day notice for move-outs. If you provide 30 days’ notice or more, we will pro-rate your monthly payment if it falls after the end of the month. For example, if you have paid rent for the month and move out on the 15th after providing 30 day’s notice, we will issue you a refund for approximately half of the rent paid for that month. To receive a refund, you must remove your lock and clean out all unit contents.
In the event your account is overcharged, we will refund your account after being notified of the discrepancy. If you accidentally overpay your rent, the balance will be applied towards future months.
If you fail to provide at least 30 day’s notice, we will not provide a refund on that month’s payment. 
In addition, if there is any damage to the unit or items left in the unit, any refund will be forfeited.
